Product description

Blue Flax is a favorite perennial. It produces beautiful sky-blue flowers for bees in early summer and loads of seeds for birds in late summer. It is a short-lived perennial (Linum perenne) to USDA Zone 4 to 9, but it is able to self-sow. Note this is a perennial which is commonly grown for landscaping, while common flax (Linum usitatissimum, also known as linseeds), an annual, is often grown for the edible seeds.
