Red vein sorrel is a perennial herb to USDA Zone 6. Once established, it requires little care. Sorrel is best known for its lemon-like flavor. Along with its lemony taste, the red vein sorrel puts on a marvelous display of leaves that are lined with blazing traces of crimson red.
