Product description

Every pea is created for a purpose. Green peas (shell peas) are for main dishes such as Sheppard’s Pie, snap peas are for snacks, and crunchy pods are an excellent quick snack. The sugar snap pea is one of the best-selling snap peas. It has won the All-America Selects (AAS), Gold Medal, in 1979 and has defended its Gold medal status ever since. These pods are superbly sweet and are best eaten right off the vine. The vines could climb up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) and require staking. Frequent picking may also increase production.
